A device, use: suitable for PVC, PE, PU and other plastic extrusion, mainly used for electronic wire, network wire, power line, data line, high-frequency line insulation wire production, can also be used for small section production line sheath; replacement screw is suitable for low smoke halogen-free, nylon and other plastic extrusion.

Three, equipment configuration: mainly composed of active line planes, preheating, straightening, the host (free transfer head), automatic suction machine and dryer, the electric equipment main control box, a movable tank, laser diameter measuring instrument, high speed printing machine, winding machine, wheel fixed tank, horizontal line storage rack, high frequency spark machine, biaxial take-up machine etc.. Optional PLC control, injection machine (for two-color line production), the specific configuration can be adjusted according to customer needs.
